Remember this system is different from our other mail servers, the user account is not your email address.

The inbound pop3 mail server setting in outlook express is mail.yourdomain.com  eg mail.chinookwebs.com . Please unless otherwise advised use your ISP's outbound SMTP server. In order to have the mail come from your domain name, insert your email address into the reply to field.

If you think a legitimate email has been blocked, log on to the web mail and there you will be able to move it from the spam folder back into your inbox.
